Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about using GrantBridge AI
GrantBridge AI is a multi-agent AI platform built for Caribbean entrepreneurs. It helps you discover funding opportunities, generate a complete business plan, and produce a polished grant proposal in one place. It is designed for small business owners who need funding but may not know where to look or how to write a formal application.
Grant Application — choose this to apply for a grant from a government programme or development bank. The system finds matching grants and writes a targeted proposal.

Bank Loan Plan — choose this for a commercial bank or credit union application. The plan includes financial projections and repayment analysis.

Simple Plan — choose this for an investor pitch, internal use, or competition entry. It skips grant matching and produces a lean, clear narrative plan.
Review Step 1 — After the research agents finish, you will see the market data and matched grants. Edit any field to correct or add information, then click Approve and Continue.

Review Step 2 — After the plan writer finishes, you will see all draft sections. Edit the executive summary, problem statement, solution, and other sections, then click Approve and Generate Final Plan.

Your edits are incorporated into the final plan — the AI does not override your changes.
The AI pipeline takes approximately 60 to 90 seconds per stage. Since there are two review pauses, total time depends on how quickly you approve each step. Most users complete the full process in 5 to 10 minutes. A live progress indicator shows which agent is currently running.
ENG — English (Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad, Guyana)
NLD — Nederlands / Dutch (Suriname, Aruba, Curacao)
SPA — Espanol / Spanish (Dominican Republic, Cuba)
POR — Portugues / Portuguese (Brazil-adjacent zones)
FRA — Francais / French (Haiti, Martinique, Guadeloupe)

The entire plan including headings and financial labels will be written in your chosen language.
Yes. Once complete you will see a Download button in the results section. The plan is saved as a Markdown file which you can open in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or any text editor. You can also use the Copy to Clipboard button to paste it directly into an email or document.
Grant recommendations come from a curated database of verified Caribbean funding programmes plus live web search. Always verify eligibility and deadlines directly with the funding organisation before submitting an application. Application URLs and contact details are provided on each grant card.
If the progress bar stops for more than 3 minutes, try the following: refresh the page and resubmit your form — generation usually completes on the second attempt. Check your internet connection. Try Chrome or Firefox if the issue persists. The system does not charge per run so you can safely retry as many times as needed.
